It was opened by “Anthony and Brittany Micheli from Miss Scarlett's farm.” They open the shop in hopes to bring all the local farmer's market favorites together in one spot, in an area devoid of any farmer's markets or produce stands. They have a selection of “homegrown, local, in-season produce, Texas-made gifts and gourmet foods.” This produce stand and gift shop offers farm fresh produce grown by them and other local farmer's from Fredericksburg to Floresville, and a few other places in between! They also offer a wide array of locally produced gourmet foods such as jams, jellies, pecans, fudge, pickles pastas, sauces, jerky, salsas, candies, preserves, local honey and more.
