Miya’s Munchies and her signature biscuits are a sure hit, as she bakes them on-site at the farmers markets!! Just follow that appetizing smell, and it will lead you straight to her booth! This is a personal journey for Miya, as she relives and takes inspiration in her fondest childhood memories of running a bakery with her family, and using their 20-year-old handwritten and European inspired recipes, then “fusing it with modern-day trends and techniques.” Currently, her menu carries 10 flavors of freshly-made buttermilk biscuits, along with other “munchies” like dessert bars, tarts, loaf bread, and savory and sweet pies – you can choose from the fruity selection or from her chicken or seafood options! But if you are planning to entertain a crowd, or just indulge and gorge on something tasty, she also offers dessert and breakfast platters, assorted bars platters, cookie platters, and charcuterie boards! Now, that’s a lot to choose from!
