This "brick-and-mortar" restaurant has a deep appreciation for food and where it comes from. It was conceived to establish awareness and understanding of the importance of sustainably raising animals and of "organic" farming. It offers an "amazing" selection of handcrafted "banh mon sandwiches", including "blackstrap molasses pork loin", "gulf shrimp remoulade", and more "flavorful" options. It also serves a variety of "wholesome gourmet salads", featuring "Monica's cobb salad", "apple-chicken salad", and "friday bowl". The menu is quite limited, but it surely doesn't fall short of "rich" and "wonderful" flavors.
