It is “owned by Stephanie Barker and they are proud Go Texan Members” with all of their products that locally made, utilizing local Texas-made ingredients whenever possible. Muscovado Bakery currently offer their products at three Farmers Market locations. Each market offers staple products like “Banana Bread, Pumpkin Bread and Pistachio Cakes.” You will also find items that are unique to each market they serve such as the Jet Black Brownies, Cacao Nib Brownies, Butter Pecan Bars, Lemon Bars and Rosemary Chocolate Chip Cookies.
