Texas born and bred, the Nine Band brewmaster brings his “award-winning experience” to every one of their carefully crafted styles, each made with the highest quality ingredients available for the ultimate taste experience. They have a line-up set that includes a kolsch, a wheat, a hefeweizen, an Oktoberfest, a pale ale and a barley wine, ale aficionados have at least six cold-reasons to raise their glass when they are here in Allen. The malt-and-hop magic happens in their “5,400-square-foot brewhouse,” with every step in the crafting process overseen by their brewmaster. At Nine Band Brewing, you can tour the facility or simply relax with friends inside their tap room or on the large covered patio, where you can celebrate the sunset, your successes, or simply toast to the day just completed.
