Located in Farmersville, Olive Trunk Farms is a family owned and operated vegetable and microgreen producer that has “Certified Naturally Grown Microgreens”, Herbs and Seasonal Produce. They also grow “Aquaponic and Hydroponic” herbs and leafy greens at the farm. Olive Trunk Farm has embraced the concept of farm to table wholeheartedly. It started as a hobby, and now the farm became a General Store and Farm Stop that serves a wide array of “artisan food selections” like Sandwiches, Soups, Salads, Wraps made with their in-house farm, aquaponics / hydroponics lettuce and herbs. They also have Nutritional Supplements, Beauty Products and other Groceries.
