Good Ol’ Girl - A Documentary about Texas Cowgirls

Today, I’m joined by Director and Producer Sarah Brennan Kolb, Cinematographer Kyle Kelly, and Editor Stella Quinn to discuss their new documentary ‘Good Ol Girl’.

‘Good Ol Girl’ tells the story of 3 different Texan women who work in the farming and the ranching industry. It’s an incredibly inspiring film and it even got me crying a couple of times.

The team behind the film joined me to explain how they got access to this usually closed-off community, how they filmed the documentary, and which stories touched them the most...

“These women have lived these lives for generations. There are so many stories that haven’t been told and it kills me to think most of them we’ll never know or understand.” - Sarah Brennan Kolb
