PopKens Pickles is a family owned and operated business in the heart of Whitewright, Texas. They are known for producing “homemade family recipes” with gourmet flavor. Each jar is special in its own way. One of the or best seller is the “Bread-N-Butter Pickle,” that is nothing like a traditional bread n butter pickle. They use a unique blend of brown sugar, maple syrup and cinnamon in a cider vinegar base, with garlic and onion as well. They also have other offerings like their traditional “Keeping-It-Kosher,” “Diablo Dill” that has a very flavorful heat! “Jalapeno Honey,” for a sweet choice, and “Lemon Dill” for a citrus twist.
