You know what they say, a party without a cake is just a meeting. The cake is one of the most-loved desserts in the world and every culture has its own version of cake. Cakes have many different categories depending on the ingredients used and the methods used to prepare the cake.
Here in our TexasRealFood Promptuary, we’ll explain the different types of cakes, from butter cakes, sponge cakes, chocolate cakes, and sponge cakes. We’ll see what makes each cake unique from the rest and what makes them so popular in their own way.
