Red Heron Farm is a family farm located in Elgin, Texas on the post-oak Savannah, 25 miles east of Austin. Specializing in serving the local community fresh vegetables, jellies, honey and pasture-raised meats. They "no longer have a FB account" but they still have a website and an Instagram account. You can see them participate in Austin Community College Elgin Campus Holiday Market too. They also have ‘Paris market’ carrots which can become one of your "favorite carrots, to grow & eat!"
