They have also set up a Community Supported Agriculture or CSA program which allows consumers to subscribe and regularly purchase a basket or “share.” Each share has about 11-14 different types of vegetables, fruits, and herbs that can feed a family of four for about a couple of weeks. Joining the CSA means that the customers have easy access to farm-fresh and mostly organically grown produce, and while helping support local farmers.
