Located in Art, tiny Texas Town with a huge heart, you'll find great wines and good times in this charming winery. This scenic town is steeped in heritage and history. This community was settled in 1856 by German settlers who relocated from Fredericksburg to Upper Willow Creek. Their wines are made with 100% Texas grown grapes and they also carry other select 100% Texas grown Hill Country wines. They offer small bites faire to pair with their impressive menu of wines. Coffee and tea are always available options for those who prefer to save the wine for another they. They display handcrafted jewelry, gorgeous art, novelty pieces from local artisans and local specialty food products. Whether shopping for yourself or that special someone you’re sure to find a treasure, if not, well there’s always wine!

Brix Winery is the "best place to relax with friends or family". This winery "is in the heart of downtown San Angelo on the Concho River". There is a "good selection of sweet and dry wines" such as the "Blackberry Merlot", Malbec, and Peach Bellini. They also serve a "delicious cheese plate with grapes and crackers". They have "great staff" who are "very welcoming and helpful and with a smile", and "knowledgeable about the products they serve". The winery also specializes in assisting with custom labels for your perfect gift-giving needs or corporate accounts. They also have weekly and monthly events such as outdoor concerts and Art Walks and it is also available for private events and fundraisers. A "must try" winery in San Angelo.

Christoval Winery is a 25-acre estate vineyard and winery are nestled up to the banks of the spring-fed Concho River in Christoval, Texas. Just 15 miles from San Angelo, Texas, we are located on the western edge of the Texas Hill Country.  The food is "excellent". The winery also "features a chapel, tasting room, and scenic outdoor seating". They also have "an array of wines to fit many tastes". You can also enjoy "a cheese tray and specialty pizza on the terrace" as you drink your wine. "Lovely grounds, good selection of different varieties", in particular, "the Montepulciano, as well as Petite Sirah and a Tempranillo".

Established in 2017, Murphy Creek Cellars is a "very quaint little shop that has a very nice selection of Texas Wines". In addition to "featuring Texas wines, Lisa has three wines of her own" that "reflect her dogs’ names". The "2015 Jessie" is a "red blend" "of 75% Merlot, 15% Tempranillo and 10% Barbera" and has a "full mouthfeel of chocolate, blackberries, and a nice leather finish". The "2015 Murphy’s Merlot" is a "full-bodied red wine" which "shines with big cherry notes and an extra-long dry finish". The "2017 Katie’s Miscela" is a "blend of 40% Aglianico, 30% Tempranillo, 15% Petit Syrah, 8% Syrah, and 7% Malbec"."Well balanced, has good character, very bright fruit" with a "bright cherry finish". Sandstone Cellars Winery is "one of the cornerstones of the community, tourism, and charm" in Mason, Texas. They are located in a "historic building in downtown Mason" and the "place is full of good energy and life". It has "an eclectic mix of wine, art, and books". You will "love the art on the walls". They serve "excellent" choices of "wine, homemade sangria, and winearitas wine". They also have "delicious cheese plates" to pair with your wines. You can enjoy the wines comfortably "inside" or enjoy "sitting out on the porch and just relaxing and sipping away".  Visit and "give the sangria "swirl" a whirl".

You will enjoy "stopping in and tasting a few" of their "fabulous wines" at Seifert Cellars and Wild West Vines. Their "page address was "sniped" so make sure to visit them at the correct address which is the one with a hyphen between the Seifert and Cellars, especially if you want to check their calendar or contact them. When you are going to visit them, they do not recommend entering their address into a GPS Navigational System as there are several Lake Ivie (Ivey) Drives in their area, and electronic devices often do not provide correct navigational results. It is better to contact them first before visiting. Also, due to decreased activity at Lake Ivie this summer, their Tasting Room is currently only open by appointment. Please contact them at least one week before your visit to schedule your appointment.

Wines of Dotson Cervantes is "a great place to relax and enjoy", located in  Voca, Texas. Visit them and you will feel how welcoming they are because "the owner makes you feel right at home". You will also remark that "the atmosphere is inviting, and the wine is fantastic". They make Gotas de Oro (Drops of Gold) Muscat Canelli which was first presented in the Fall of 2009 as well as world-class merlot, chardonnay and cabernet sauvignon grapes produced in the Texas Hill Country. They have already been featured in Saveur Magazine, Southern Living Magazine, Austin American-Statesman and Chicago Tribune which really shows how remarkable their vineyard is. After visiting, this can be one of your "very favorite places in the Hill Country!"
