Of course there's going to be meats from local ranches, the freshest seasonal produce from local farmers, artisan baked goods, jam, jellies, and even local honey! It's a health and wellness destination all in one!

The Parks Legado Farmers Market started in 2017. Since then, they are providing a space for interaction between West Texas farmers, bakers, artisans, and consumers. Also, "this is a large farmer's market that meets once a month in the Parks Legado Town Center Plaza from June to September". You can find "over 70 Vendors servicing the Midland-Odessa area with a nice mix of goods for sale". There are also "farms selling traditional produce sold next to home gardeners". They have "more unique items like Armenian Cucumbers, red garlic and shelled walnuts". And, there are also "a lot of mom and pop-type baked goods, pickles and preserves, too".
