Two of the many great things that came out of the kitchen of Riley’s Hideaway are the cookie tours and the kolaches. The Cookie Tour is a set of cookies with different flavors. It is ingenious actually, since you are excited to sample each cookie flavor you don't get sated easily. It is not just eating or snacking, but a journey, an exploration. Each unique taste takes you somewhere with its flavor and aroma. Imagine having slice each of Chocolate Babka, Lemon Blueberry Welsh Cake, Hazelberry Linzer, Stroopwafel, Lemon Olive Oil Cake, Apricot Rugelach, and Chocolate Dulce de Leche Cookie. I dare you to stop eating. Riley’s Hideaway also makes kolaches. These are Czech pastries with fruit or cheese at the center (some flavors they've made recently include Cream cheese, Peach, Poppyseed, and Blueberry Cheesecake).
