Their American farmhouse beer complements the Texas backdrop which is dry, crisp and refreshing. They started Roughhouse Brewing in January 2019 with a drive to do meaningful work that brought the owners closer to their land and the community. The brewery and taproom are housed in a wooden barn with a welcoming, homey aesthetic, offering a range of beer as well as guest wine and cider. Their yeast-centric ales undergo 100-percent fermentation in American White Oak feeders using their house, mixed culture, which includes yeast harvested from the Pasternak Ranch. The expansive outdoor seating area at Roughhouse Brewing also includes a stage for live music every Saturday.
