The Original Plainview Area Farmers Market is a group of local gardeners who sell at the Tractor Supply parking lot on 1710 S. Broadway. A seasonal market, they have market days from July through September (sometimes up to October). The Saturday market is from 8:00am to 12:00pm and the Wednesday market is from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Besides fresh produce, they also have vendors selling arts and crafts, honey, jellies, jams, and spices.
Tip: Follow and watch their official Facebook page. They sometimes hold additional market days within the week if there are items to sell, and usually make intermittent announcements when this happens.
