T’s Southern Pound Cakes is a home-based bakery that is owned and operated by Chef T and Judy, who has been a long time food lovers. Chef T has been baking this traditional pound cake for over a decade based on a recipe that was taken from a vintage southern cookbook. As soon as he started modifying this recipe with the use of fresh and organic ingredients, everyone raved about it. Thus, this business was born. Indeed, “T’s pound cake is positively addictive.” They are not overly sweet with a unique citrus tang. They are moist and delicious, and they can remain in that state for days, even months. They currently offer three varieties: Signature, Chocolate, and Blueberry. The latter flavor is made with organic blueberries that are embedded throughout the cake – perfect for breakfast and tea times. Pipe some fresh whipped cream and you have a tasty dessert!
