With harvesting, processing, and packaging all done by hand, the yaupon tea making process requires a large amount of skilled and unskilled labor. Some of the plants they grow are cucumbers, tomatoes, squash, potatoes, lettuce, okra, kale, cabbage, onions, peas, and greens.
