Established to provide a focus on English-style ales, the team opened another taproom just a stone’s throw away from the Barber Shop's location. The name is taken from a “restorative or cordial medicine or application”. The taproom opened in September 2017. It provides a selection of craft beers – not just English ales. It even has wine, cider, and sodas for non-fans of craft beers. The brewery follows an “old world model where each town in Germany or England would have their own favorite local brewery”, and the beer could only be found and enjoyed there. They have board games for use by guests, and welcome dogs into the taproom. They don’t serve food, so guests are also welcome to bring food in.
