Each honey is bottled separately rather than mixed to “preserve their unique flavors”. It's delightful to taste and experience some of the flavors honey can have naturally. The current flavors they have are all from spring flowers and are generally lighter and sweeter honey. They also have a “Summer flavor” which is available from July to August, that has a darker color, less sweet, and has bolder flavor. Charis Honey Farms want you to be reminded of “God’s grace” as you enjoy this sweet gift of grace we call honey.
