Kylito’s Salsa Company, is a local business, based out of Lubbock, Texas was started years ago by Kyle and his brother Kraig, along with Kraig’s wife, Tracye Fowlkes Lancaster, fashioned after Kyle’s highly sought-after, “freshly made salsa” that originated in the restaurant he once owned in Slaton. Kylito's Salsa introduced a wide variety of salsa line including, “Gentle, Original, Hot, Sorching, and Fire Roasted.” Their salsa has its “homemade” taste that lends itself perfectly in helping to create a fabulous, fresh tasting recipe right in your own kitchen. Kylito’s uses the perfect combination of tomatoes, peppers, and spices, without added preservatives, complimenting all varieties of food. The unique cooking process allows the product to maintain the same taste and authenticity as when it is served in the restaurant.
