Established in 2010, Marchese Sausage Co. is a local food business based in Houston that specializes in Italian sausages. Their recipe was brought to the United States in 1907 from Palermo, Sicily by Johnny Marches, and was passed down generation after generation until this very day. Not only that “they have the best Italian sausage,” but they also have other delectable “cooked foods” like “the chicken enchilada dinner, the broccoli and cheese dinner, and the eggplant casserole.” Seriously, “they were all delicious.
