Mind Over Batter, which is located in Fort Stockton, Texas, is a home-based bakeshop specializing in macarons. There are many different flavors to choose from. They make vanilla, pistachio, Nutella, cookies and cream, strawberry, Oreo, frosted circus animal, sopapilla cheesecake, cherry, fruity pebbles, smores, ube, raspberry rose, lemon, Pecos cantaloupe, and raspberry macarons. The bakeshop is very active in joining selling events and being present in different venues.
