Nickey’s Nest is definitely more than organic and homemade products. It is a National Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat with organic gardens, a two-acre pond, trails, rescue pets, and more. Utilizing the environment they are situated in to, they offer a variety of “homemade treats” that are “made with fresh ingredients and love.” Among these goodies are their lemon balm tea cakes, that is made from their own organic herbs, cranberry scones, olive tapenade, spanakopita that is made using their fresh dill, black bean and roasted corn empanadas, herbal oils and vinegars, “keto bomb pops,” fresh herbs and more. Besides the fact that all of their products are made with organic ingredients, most items on their menu are vegan and heart-healthy.
