Mike had been making hot sauce in his kitchen for over 10 years. After winning a few blue ribbons at the local county fair, he decided to share it with discerning consumers. Rocky Top Sauces blend the “heat of the habanero chile,” balanced the “tartness of lime juice and vinegar” and the “sweetness of the best pure agave nectar.” You can use it on any food you wish to add bold flavor and a great touch of heat. Meats, poultry, eggs, and vegetables all taste better with a serving of Rocky Top Habanero or Habanero Light Sauces!
