Some foods look good it is tempting you to eat them. And then some foods look so good you just want to keep and preserve them and not eat them because they look very nice. Sophie’s Edible Art deserves such a name because what this bakery produces is a work of art. The detail of the cookies, the use of vibrant colors, the imagination put into making custom-made cookies - I can look at the photos of other custom-made cookies and never feel sated of having to look at a lot of cookies.
