Staying true to their vision, this Houston microbakery is using only three ingredients: flour, water, and salt for their everyday bread, and upgraded it "with real butter and eggs laid by cage-free vegetarian-fed hens" for their enriched bread. All their products are hand-shaped, naturally-leavened, and baked in small batches, and everything assuredly without preservatives, enhancers, or any artificial flavorings. On their menu, you can find incredibly flavored loaves of sourdough bread, buns, and English muffins, as well as other baked goods like scones, coffee cakes, banana bread, homemade pop tarts, and whole wheat dark chocolate cookies. Everything sinfully tasty, but amazingly healthy.
