Dozier’s BBQ is one of Texas’ popular barbeque pit stops and is said to be “Fulshear’s most iconic BBQ joint since 1957.” Locals, tourists, and even people from outside the area make the trip to grab any of the meats cooked using the original recipe of the founder, Ed Dozier.
