Named after Shalundria’s grandmothers, Mama-Ellas Popcorn Kitchen is a local food vendor that pops and sells homemade and handcrafted popcorn snacks using real fruit, without artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives that are cooked fresh for each market or event. Their signature flavor is their original caramel popcorn, but they now have several other flavors on top of that: caramel pecan, apple cinnamon, orange cranberry, maple pecan, gingerbread, peach cobbler, pineapple coconut, and raspberry lemonade. They mainly sell at select farmers’ markets and events; and they are currently part of the Arlington Foodies Farmers Market in which they sell their craft every 4th Saturday of the month. So, if you’re planning to go to the market, we highly encourage you to contact them ahead of time because these goodies sell so fast!
