You should buy from them and "if you haven't tried the lettuce mix you've missed out". They especially enjoy raising unique heirloom fruit and vegetable varieties. They are also raising chickens and ducks for eggs. This place is truly "great addition to Schertz!"

Ty Wolosin is the founder of Windy Hill Organics. He developed a sustainable and healthy vegetable, fruit, meat, and egg production on their "100-acre farm". The farm is committed to raising Boer goats, grass-fed and finished red Brangus, seasonal veggies. They also sell goat cheese for Nubians, and organic chicken eggs. Aside from that, the farm is also working with other goat ranchers and goat products. Come and visit to try the most excellent food of Windy Hill Organics. The owner, "Eileen is a delight to engage with". Also, "she is very knowledgeable and her prices are very reasonable!" And also, all her "produce looks nice and the herbs too". You will also be "very impressed with the knowledge she so freely offered with regards to the vegetables she had available". You "will definitely be visiting her again".
