    A hip coffee roaster that is notable for its warm, genuine staff, deliciously aromatic brews, and rooms of pinball machines.What’s brewing Coffee Roasters is a Local Coffee Roaster that roast to order from a wide variety of “100% arabica bean” coffees from around the world, including certified Organic, Fair Trade, and Rainforest Alliance member farmers. Roasting happens twice a week and the owner is happy to give you a tour if you're curious about the process. The baristas are so welcoming and helpful in selecting their variety of pour-over options. There are a couple of brewery cats that hang out and nap in the roasting room that serve as the coffee shop mascot. What’s Brewing Coffee Roasters participates in the “Cup of Excellence” programs and are long time members of the Specialty Coffee Association of America.

They are known for consistently making the “best kombucha”; they use simple quality ingredients that are then paired with healthy active cultures. This company currently offers five “amazing” flavors including original, ginger, blueberry, Fredericksburg peach, and ruby red grapefruit; and, all of them make a “nice addition to the tool kit of healthy happy gut choices.” And not only that, these kombuchas are “wonderfully refreshing” as well, especially the “grapefruit!” You will also “love the ginger and the peach” variety as they’re “sparkling and refreshing” at the same time. But, if you’re more of an old-school type of person, we recommend you go for the original flavor. You can order via their website or you can find them at select farmers’ markets and grocers nearby.
