Roasting happens twice a week and the owner is happy to give you a tour if you're curious about the process. The baristas are so welcoming and helpful in selecting their variety of pour-over options. There are a couple of brewery cats that hang out and nap in the roasting room that serve as the coffee shop mascot. What’s Brewing Coffee Roasters participates in the “Cup of Excellence” programs and are long time members of the Specialty Coffee Association of America.

This company currently offers five “amazing” flavors including original, ginger, blueberry, Fredericksburg peach, and ruby red grapefruit; and, all of them make a “nice addition to the tool kit of healthy happy gut choices.” And not only that, these kombuchas are “wonderfully refreshing” as well, especially the “grapefruit!” You will also “love the ginger and the peach” variety as they’re “sparkling and refreshing” at the same time.
