The YNFM group hosts events here every 2nd Sunday of the month from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Their mission is to help build neighborhoods, brands, and relationships. And, they do this by encouraging the community to "shop local and eat farm fresh" products from the nearby local farms and food producers.A group of community volunteers initially established the market as a neighborhood group in May 2012. Their initial efforts grew over the years with over 30 vendors attending market days. With the transfer to the YNFM group, the market promises to build an even healthier neighborhood and to foster relationships within the community of shoppers and local producers. The Farmers Market now taps into YNFM’s strong base of over 200 vendors, making the community stronger than ever.Purchase sustainable, organic, and the freshest products here.
