Back 4T Farms is a regenerative farm. The farm is located in Eden, Texas. This is the farm to contact if you are looking for the following: organic, pastured eggs, and organic, pastured chicken. They are also getting ready to offer these items: grass-fed lamb; organic and grass-fed and finished beef; and pastured pork. This farm is owned by the Turnbough family. Their goal is to "provide whole nutrient dense foods to as many people." If you want to know more about them, you are welcome to visit the farm. They also set up shop at the Concho Valley Farmers Market in San Angelo. You can drop by their stall if you need anything, even just to say hi!

Meet Mark Cannon. He’s the owner of Eola School Restaurant and Brewery. He brews the beer, cooks the delicious burgers and fries, makes homemade pizza, does all the cleaning and renovation work required, and tends to the garden that supplies most of his restaurant’s needs. Some have called him “a real Renaissance man”. The brewery and restaurant was once a school from 1928 to 1983, and back then, the center of the community of Eola. Mark is from Portland, Oregon but his roots are in Texas. After arriving in 2003, he soon purchased the school. Many speculate his was the only offer. The place still looks like “an unfinished construction zone” according to some, but being a one-man show, many have also admired what he’s done with the place. If you can overlook the “rough edges”, Mark’s brewery, restaurant, and his Farm Ale have a cult-like following on the internet, and seem deserving of the 5-stars he gets.

SSS Schumann Beef specializes in providing families high-quality beef.  These beef are pasture-fed and are free from any antibiotics, hormones, corn, and grain products.  They are "super nice to work with and it’s apparent from the start they care about their customers". Buying from SSS Schumann Beef means you get top quality individual cuts, and you also "get to support a local family farm!"

You will enjoy "stopping in and tasting a few" of their "fabulous wines" at Seifert Cellars and Wild West Vines. Their "page address was "sniped" so make sure to visit them at the correct address which is the one with a hyphen between the Seifert and Cellars, especially if you want to check their calendar or contact them. When you are going to visit them, they do not recommend entering their address into a GPS Navigational System as there are several Lake Ivie (Ivey) Drives in their area, and electronic devices often do not provide correct navigational results. It is better to contact them first before visiting. Also, due to decreased activity at Lake Ivie this summer, their Tasting Room is currently only open by appointment. Please contact them at least one week before your visit to schedule your appointment.
