Midnight Mushroom is "a Burleson based mushroom grower that specializes in growing Oyster, Chestnut, Lions Mane and other mushrooms". Try these different types of mushrooms on any type of food, as an add-on or topping or "just plain sautéed with butter and garlic."  The owner, Michael, has been described as someone who "cares about what he cultivates and those he shares his product with."  Midnight Mushroom is open for retail for the public, as well as to the restaurants.

Colleen Gonzales runs the Delanco Farm. In the summer, the farm offer tomatoes, beans, peppers, okra, melons, squash, cucumbers, and greens. In winter, they sell spinach, lettuce, kale, radish, collards, cilantro, and carrots. All of their plants are chemical-free. The seeds they use are always USDA certified organic.  Some of the farming methods they use are crop interplanting, crop rotation, and trap crop use. They also mulch to avoid losing too much moisture in the soil. Strategically, they grow plants that attract beneficial insects to the farm.

Meet Ross DeOtte, aka Farmer Ross, founder of Misty Moon Farms in 2017. With a passion for farming, he managed organic farms before establishing his 6-acre venture. Serving the Dallas/Fort Worth community, the farm yields figs, pecans, pears, plums, and apples. Spanning 6 acres, Misty Moon Farms boasts a 15,000 sq. ft. greenhouse, cultivating premium radishes, lettuces, tomatoes, and herbs. Charles & Hortencia Loggins own this 25-acre family farm, which is located just outside of Weatherford on FM 920. For the last 15 years, C&H Farms has produced delicious, locally grown blackberries, peaches, tomatoes, black-eyed peas, peppers, okra, sweet corn, peas, squash, green beans, onions, cucumbers, zucchini and potatoes. Located in Ponder Texas, Cardo's Sprout Farm is one of the oldest farms in the area. Rick 'Cardo' Orndoff is the founder, owner, and operator of Ricardo's Sprout Farm. He established it in 1979. He used to grow sprouts. However, things changed, and he now grows different varieties of vegetables. One thing hasn't changed though; it is the organic and sustainable method he has always used since he started. Currently, he specializes in growing microgreens, different veggies, and fruits.
