Bitter Sisters Brewing Company is the only production brewery in Addison. An independent, family-owned craft brewery, it takes its name from the three "type-A McHugh sisters". Baby brother and wife are part of the business, too, as are the sisters’ husbands. Together, they own Bitter Sisters, and each doing his or her part so the company can produce award-winning craft beers. This makes the brewery and the taproom a real family affair, with beers that have memorable and distinctly female names like Hissy Fit, Cat Fight, Winter Bush, Girls Quad, Bitch Slap, Knock Out, and Busy Body.
