Avonak Distillery

Avonak Distillery is Texas’ first certified organic distillery in Texas. The distillery takes its name from a small town north of Houston, where it is based. Founded in 2016 by Kyle Wray, his wife, and a diverse group of Houstonians, the distillery introduced its first products to the market in mid-2018. Avonak Distillery’s first products were its Avonak Vodka, Eye10 Gin, and Fifty9 Gin. The distillery is also Texas’ first “grain-to-glass” distillery. Kyle and his wife traveled the globe and visited places with age-old distilling traditions. They realized they could use their knowledge “to build a tradition of their own” in the city they call home.
