Acre Distilling takes its name from the distillery’s location, the infamous Hell’s Half Acre. Once Fort Worth’s “den of sin and vice” and the site where renegades like Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid roamed, the area is now home to Acre Distilling since 2015. The founders of Acre Distilling were once with a brewing company until they ventured into the liquor world. Along with the distillery's aptly named spirits such as Hell’s Half Acre Rum, Longhair Jim Bourbon, and Miss Addie’s Vodka, the distillery also serves coffee and cocktails. Acre Distilling has over 18 different products including single malt whiskey, bourbon, vodka, gin, rum, cordials, bitters, and flavored liqueurs. Among many awards, the distillery won Vinepair’s 10 Best Craft Distillery Tasting Rooms in America award in 2017. Besides the distillery, you can also find Acre Distilling's products at Spec's, Total Wine & More, Spanky's Liquor, and Goody Goody. The bar is open to the public for tours, tastings, and events year-round.

BlackEyed Distilling Co's first vodka was crafted by hand from black-eyed peas. Their "facility is inside an old firehouse and has a bar upstairs". When you visit, you will find the "environment is welcoming and their drinks are fantastic". Their "fantastic cocktails and their vodka" are "very unique and memorable". With an "excellent vodka and even better whiskey" that you can drink, "you won't regret coming here". Silver Star Spirits is veteran-owned distillery that is located in an "old Ranch Style Beans factory and has a historic label". It has a "cool environment, nice couches to sit and relax, nice bar area and big outside area with cornhole". It is a "venue" that has "an amazing piece of history, tricky to find at first but totally worth having to turn around if you miss the turn". When you visit, "make sure to have a special beverage prior to the tour and sit outside on their cool patio!"
