Founded in 2010, Peticolas Brewing Company is a family owned, award winning, and independent craft brewery, serving carefully handcrafted beers in Dallas and Fort Worth area. Behind this successful brewery are “honest, friendly, down-to-earth brewers” delivering world class passion in a glass. They have a laid-back, 3-level taproom, offering a rotating list of homemade craft brews. Their most popular beers are “Velvet Hammer imperial red ale, Golden Opportunity kolsch-style ale, and Sit Down Or I'll Sit You Down imperial IPA,” available in four-packs of 16-ounce cans exclusively from its taproom in the Design District. They also offer growlers and crowlers of draft beer to-go. Peticolas Brewing Company also have games for all ages, ping pong, football, board games, TVs, and they welcome people to either bring/order in food or from rotating food trucks.

The “Tupps” in TUPPS Brewery is Tupper Patnode, its co-founder, head brewer, and half of a two-man partnership. Its other half is co-founder Keith Lewis, a sales and marketing guy. Together, they blend art and science, and sprinkle in some business savvy to run a successful brewery. They start with great beer, which accounts for the artistic side, and use the senses to create, validate, and refine the beers. The scientific side comes in “to ensure quality and consistency in the brewing process”. A brewery is a business, however, and needs business smarts. For TUPPS, that means using management tools to streamline operations or taking in an excellent distribution partner. It seems Keith and Tupper perfected beer brewing. Located in the heart of Oak Cliff in historical Tyler Station, Oak Cliff Brewing Company is a production brewery and taproom that offers “fresh and high quality craft beers.” The brewery sits in a 110, 000 square-foot industrial space that has been re-purposed into a co-working haven for creatives, artists and, of course, craft brewers. They have an interesting lineup of craft beers including their core beers - “two lagers, a saison and an IPA” which are truly promising! More seasonal offerings are yet to come such as “desserty imperial stout that is brewed with homemade caramel.” Come taste their awesome selection of craft beers and spend time in the biergarten styled taproom with original murals from Jeff Rogers!

Voted "Best Local Brewery" by Dallas Observer, Pegasus City Brewery is an Independent, craft brewery located in the Design District of Dallas, Texas. They are using their space in one of downtown Dallas’ oldest buildings to brew limited-production offerings and test out new recipes alongside a bar area that will stay true to the building’s history. Will Cotten is the Brewmaster, and one of the co-founders at Pegasus City Brewery. He began home brewing in 2011, and his passion for making “great-tasting beer for family and friends” led him to pursue a commercial brewery of his very own. Pegasus City’s ambition is to change the drinking scene downtown without changing much about itself. Small but mighty, their taproom is a place to relax, enjoy a cold brew, and be among friends.

Husband and wife Matt and Molly Reynolds own Celestial Beerworks in DFW. Matt’s work with a restaurant to help them grow their brewing system in 2015 had been gaining a following, and he and his wife thought it was a good time to open their own business. Located at the Medical District, the brewery and taproom combines the things the couple are most passionate about – science, art, space, and beer – especially “hoppy and hazy” beers. A former art teacher, Molly managed the design of their beers’ labels and created most of the murals at the taproom. The road towards opening in late October 2018 was tough. During the process, they also had two children within a span of 15 months and kept their full-time jobs until just months before the opening. The rewards, however, came when four of their beers “trended” in a popular beer app soon after they opened.
