Mary discovered that she wanted to "make authentic Mexican Food" that people will enjoy. And now, with Gotta Lotta Enchiladas, Etc., she created this "amazing" and "magnificent" line up of tamales, enchiladas, tacos, burritos, and more that people will want to serve at their special events and parties.
