The family members capitalized on their divergent backgrounds to form the perfect team to manage the dairy. Each one of them studied the art of goat husbandry and cheese making. The Dapper Goat Dairy is “Licensed Grade A” by the State of Texas and began producing fresh cheeses in 2017 that are made daily using only the finest ingredients. They offer a “Creamy Chevre,” made with their own grade pasteurized goat milk and “Farmstead Feta” that takes seven days to handcraft for a smooth mouth feel.
