The meat that you can get from American Butchers is probably the best in Dallas. They proudly “hand craft each piece of Artisan Meat and they are USDA inspected.” Some of their meat selections includes steaks, lamb chops, sausage and chorizo. Their T-bone is “perfectly marbled and fresh, cut right on site.” The people who work at American Butchers are knowledgeable and love what they are doing. Most of the proceeds go back to small farmers who wouldn't have a way of processing their meat for profit.
