Closed Now!02:00 PM - 10:00 PMBandera Ale Project, or Bandera Brewery, is a “small-batch craft brewery”. Opened in November 2017, it currently offers about a dozen brews at the taproom. Specialties include the Black Pepper Saison, Honey Brown Ale, and Pineapple Cider (created in collaboration with Austin Eastciders). Combining old and new world brewing techniques, they focus on producing “high quality seasonal ales’. Their creations are currently just available at the taproom and in select brewpubs in Bandera, New Braunfels, and San Antonio.
