It started with two friends, a cluttered garage and an “undying passion for craft beer.” Starting with basic knowledge and basic equipment, they created their first brew in 2009. They enjoy brewing beer that people enjoy drinking. All of the beers they offer are hand crafted and they “strive for the highest quality.” Long Wooden Spoon Brewing offers a great selection of year round beer line up, limited releases, seasonal line up from “Stouts to their Green Chili Porter.” They also offer craft brewed Sake! Each recipe is researched and tested to make sure it is unique and represents the style well. Long Wooden Spoon Brewing put maximum effort into all the beers they brew to bring you the best beer they can.
