Andalusia Whiskey Co. is a single malt whiskey distillery only sells their Andalusia White, Revenant Oak, Stryker, Andalusia Triple-Distilled whiskeys at their tasting room or at Texas retailers.
The distillery was established by Tommy Erwin and Ty Phelps. Both met at the Real Ale Brewing Company where they were former employees, quickly became friends, and decided to open their own whiskey distillery. With the help of family and friends, they opened the grain-to-glass distillery in 2016. Andalusia Whiskey Co. distillery is proudly a zero-waste facility. They feed the spent grain to Ty’s livestock at the working ranch as part of their commitment to the environment. They also built a 56,000 gallon rainwater collection tank on the property.
Tours at the distillery happen every day at 2pm. For groups smaller than 10, they don't require reservations.
