MondayDay Off!Doc’s Bar & Grill is a family-owned establishment that places a strong emphasis on friendly service and cherished family values. When it first opened in 2020, it filled a need for the local community in far south Abilene and Potosi, being the first bar and grill in the area. Founded by Victor, Hollie, Ben, & Sadie Hudman, this thriving bar and grill was born from an idea in late 2018/early 2019 and has since blossomed into a beloved gathering place for the community.
