They might be in a tiny town, but they have “big flavor” that makes their jerky the best! Their first smokehouse was installed in 1992 where it all started. It took some trials and some errors to get the right flavor, but after a few batches, they have come up with, “the best Jerky” they think a person could want. Their Jerky is made daily to ensure you get the freshest possible! To do the best job, they use only the best meat. All of their products are made using “USDA inspected Top Round Steak.” They hand slice each round and marinate it in a special blend of seasonings.
