Roasting locally in Bulverde, Texas, GoodWorks Roasters is a family owned business producing coffee and dark chocolate. They roasts coffee and cacao beans from around the world and make it into “65% dark chocolate”. They create their own blends as well, combining some of the best beans in similar regions. GoodWorks was created to give back to the many communities that gives such amazing coffees in the states. They look for “organic, fair trade beans” that are in season so this rotates the regions as weather and climate at different times of the year dictate when a bean is just right. The darker the roast, the less caffeine,and acid the coffee will have. GoodWorks Roasters have a goal to roast a coffee that's so good, you wont need to add cream or sugar! Enjoy your cup black, or sweeten it a bit.
