Walker County Farmers Market is a local farmers' market which is located in Huntsville, Texas. It is open every Wednesday and Saturday. What to expect to find here? There are potatoes, onions, squash, cucumber, carrots, and tomatoes here. There are also stalls that sell preserves and canned food. You can see jars of pickled figs, blackberry jam, sweet potato pineapple jam, cranberry apple jam, red onion jam, fiesta relish, green tomato pickles, and pickled carrots for sale here. You can also find homemade lemon pepper, candied lemon peel, honey, virgin olive oil, and even earthworm castings sold here. And if you ever need meat (pork, chicken, bacon, beef chuck roast), you'll find a vendor here selling those products.
