John and Candy Townsend are the founders of Walking Beam Brewing Company, a nano brewpub in Bridgeport. Walking Beam Brewing Co crafts a variety of styles including several gluten-free recipes. John experiments with grains like millet due to Candace’s gluten intolerance. They also brew in small quantities so drop by often.
