Grapevine Grains provides the “healthiest and freshest products” as well as educating the customers about the benefits of fresh milled and rolled grains. Their products are made with “freshly milled stone ground flour, and freshly rolled oats.” The Grapevine Grains began when owner Vickie Smolek spent a stint in England and was exposed to freshly milled grains and rolled oats. They first began selling a few items in local farmers markets. Today, the business has grown to numerous products being made in their own commercial kitchen in East Texas. Their most popular items are “Hulless Barley, Ezekiel Soup Mix, and Southwestern Soup Mix.” The Granolas and fresh stone ground flours are big sellers too.
With the purpose of offering extremely enjoyable “plant-based snack” foods that represent the kinder side of Texas, All Y'alls Foods has three flavors of jerky inspired by our great state and four more flavors in the works. Their “plant-based jerky” has more protein, iron, and calcium than beef with no cholesterol and is full of fiber. Their recipes feature flavors and plants special to Texas, from the prickly pear and pecan to the chipotle pepper. All the protein in beef comes from the plants cows eat. The soy they are using comes with ALL 9 essential amino acids plus a heaping helping of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants too! It’s Jerky Y’all uses only “certified non-GMO whole soybeans” to deliver all that plant-based goodness to your body. They never use toxic chemicals to separate or mess with the soy in any way. Their Big Crunchy Bacony Bits are an amazing addition to almost any dish! A portion from every sale goes to Support Rowdy Girl Sanctuary right here in Texas!
